Cancellation Policy, I understand that things can change and you might need to rearrange an appointment, in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 48 hours before appointment so I have time to inform anyone on my waiting list. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancelation fee £50, your deposit.

Deposit Policy, A £50 deposit on all bookings is required to cover cancellation issues this is a non refundable as no refund will be given it is allocated to your treatment and if you change your mind the deposit will not be refunded. If you reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before the treatment time the deposit will be allocated to your next appointment. If you fail to give 48 hours notice for rescheduling appointments an additional £50 deposit will be required.

No Show Policy, Please be advised that I have a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged £50 which is your booking deposit amount.

Right to Refuse Policy, My clinic has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, has unreasonable expectations or can pose a threat to my business.
