Hi, my name is Francesca. I have a well established Multi National Award winning Microblading clinic. I am considered as one of the number one permanent brow artists in Leeds and across the uk.

I qualified as a beauty therapist in 2002 at Harrogate College where in 2001 I won the SKILL FESCC Competition, and further studied to become a fashion and editorial make up artist shortly after.

With my passion for both industries, it was natural progression for me to fuse my talents and from there I attended Ashwood Academy in October 2016 where I became a fully qualified semi permanent microblading artist.

To keep up to date with current trends and to enhance and perfect my technique, I studied with Phi Brows in April 2017 which led to me becoming a qualified Phi-artist in December 2017. This has enabled me to offer an intricate service that is second to none. I exclusively work as a Phi Artist from my clinic in Leeds.

I have a natural flair for all things cosmetic and aesthetic, as well as a keen eye for detail and perfectionism. The results show on the many successful procedures I have already done.

Since December 2017, I really wanted to master my craft and be the best in my field, so I’ve pushed myself with more and more training.

I then felt the time had come to showcase my talent, this was achieved in 2022, where I became a finalist at the Yorkshire Beauty Industry awards for Semi Permanent Make Up Salon of the year, achieving a high commended award.

The Yorkshire Beauty Industry awards in 2022 then lead me on too Best for Brows SPMU at The UK Hair and Beauty Awards. From this point on it has been a rollercoaster, I actually became a finalist across the whole of the UK and then I came Top 10 in my district.

At the UK Hair and Beauty Awards I achieved THIRD PLACE in Yorkshire and Humberside for Best for Brows (SPMU). Meaning I am now classed as one of the number one permanent brow artists in Leeds for 2023.

Then, at the LBN Awards (Lashes, Brows and Nails), I was proudly presented with 2nd Place for Microblading Artist of the Year – Expert Level 2023. Receiving this prestigious title was an absolute honour, and a true recognition that my work has reached expert level within the semi-permanent makeup industry.
To finish off the year, I was thrilled to win Semi-Permanent Makeup Artist of the Year at the English Beauty Awards 2023. I received this award on my very last working day of the year – truly the best Christmas gift I could have imagined.

In 2024, I once again won the title Semi-Permanent Makeup Artist of the Year at the English Hair and Beauty Awards 2024. I was absolutely lost for words when my name was called – I actually said, “This is the biggest pat on the back”… and it really was.

In 2025, I earned another prestigious accolade – Semi-Permanent Makeup Specialist of the Year at the English Hair and Beauty Awards 2025.

I am beyond proud of each and every one of my awards and achievements. Here’s to seeing what the next few years will bring…
