Unique and bespoke eyebrows

I’ve always wanted to be number one in my field as well as grow my business, I believe the more a learn and achieve the more that this dream will become a reality.

I believe that what makes me different and what I want to teach others is, I take time to listen to my clients needs and create each eyebrow bespoke to their face. When it comes to creating the perfect eyebrow I believe that theres no rushing and to take your time.

THE college’s beauty department recently celebrated success when NVQ Level 2 student Francesca Day took first place at the annual SKILL FESCC at Barnsley College.

Organised by the regional committee of the Further Education Skills Competitions Council (FESCC), the

SKILL FESCC is an annual competition held to celebrate the skills of students studying at FE Col. leges in Yorkshire and Humberside. In total there were 17 competitions in different skills areas incorporating students of all ages and abilities from a range of FE Colleges across the region.

The beauty therapy competition was spilt into two sections: beauty therapy makeover and body massage and treatment analysis. Francesca was successful in the makeover section.

Under strict conditions she had to give her model, Jessica Winter-burn, a full facial, a makeover and then a manicure, a process that took two-and-a-half hours. Despite the strict conditions and the timescale involved, Francesca was awarded an impressive 505 points out of a possible 600 making her the overall winner by far.

So whats next to come

Where I am now, everything has changed over the past few years, and I’m getting more and more excited about how things have actually changed and how I’ve mastered my craft to now be one of the number one permanent brow artists in Leeds in 2023.

The way microblading has changed over the last 6 years can be seen in these photos from 2016 and 2022.

I’ve really been mastering my craft getting to really knowing more about how the brows would work on a persons face, learning new techniques, as well as always keeping on top of my training I think you can see this with the way my clients return for the up keep of their brows.

I believe that to grow this business, you really have to take your time with your client. Understand what it is that they actually want and what they want to achieve from their brows, this is why we take time to map the face and draw in the brows as your eyebrows something that is actually sat on your face constantly for everybody to see you can’t hide them and they have to look perfect in symmetry and style.
My business is something thats been built on reviews as well as word of mouth and with over 50 five star reviews on Google this confirms my passion.

See the difference from 2016 v 2022

Styles change with everything over the years, someones hair style or the colour, Make up styles change from black eyeliner to softer eyeshadow blends, the same goes with eyebrows.

In 2016 the blades I used were a lot thicker, over the years my skills have advanced by mastering the use of thinner blades. Using super thin blade produces the thinnest strokes, taking lifelike looking strokes to completely new Microblading levels.

I am so proud to have received the following awards & qualifications
